Stuart’s inspirational story makes the front pages

Stuart contacted us last year after his wife, Ami, experienced pre-eclampsia in 2021.

“My little boy was tiny when he was born via Caesarean and then he was in the incubator. He just wasn’t strong enough to survive. It’s not the way it’s meant to be. You’re meant to walk out of the hospital holding your wife’s hand and your baby in the other.”

Stuart keeps his baby boy’s memory alive by raising awareness around pre-eclampsia and fundraising incredible amounts. Stuart ran the London Marathon for us last year with his friend Graeme and they are both running again with more amazing friends beside them this year!
